CANCEL / CHANGE ORDER

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact CarryCity as soon as possible after placing your order.

We can only cancel or change an order before it has been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has already started processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it or make changes.

Possible order changes may include:

Changing the shipping address
Updating customer information
Canceling the order before processing
Correcting order details before shipment
Updating contact information

To request a cancellation or change, please include your order number, full name, and the email address used at checkout.

CarryCity cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations will be possible. Orders may begin processing quickly after purchase, especially during busy periods or sales.

Once an order has shipped, the customer may need to wait for delivery and follow the return process if eligible.
