At CarryCity, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.
Order processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and other factors. Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been handed to the carrier. Sometimes tracking may take time to update, even after the order has shipped.
Shipping times can vary based on your location, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, and unexpected carrier delays. CarryCity is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, customs, holidays, or events outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please check your name, address, apartment number, city, state, zip code, and contact information before placing your order.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We can only update shipping information before the order has been processed or shipped. Once a package has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us with your order number. We will do our best to help you with the next steps.
