How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, order volume, and carrier delays. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent when available.
Will I receive a tracking number?

What should I do if my package is delayed?

What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or building office first. If you still cannot find it, contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to our support team with your order number.
Can I return my order?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition they were received. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
How do refunds work?
