REFUNDS & RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from CarryCity. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition they were received. Items should be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories when possible.
Customers must contact CarryCity before sending any return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return requests may be reviewed based on the condition of the item, the reason for the return, and the time since delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping fees may not be refundable. Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
